Survey Office Technician

The job description includes drafting surveys, plats, and exhibits, writing legal descriptions, preparing construction calculations, maintaining excellent working relationships with clients, and coordinating with the survey project manager and other staff to deliver quality services under budget and within deadlines.

Desired qualifications include a minimum of two years of survey drafting experience and the ability to learn proficient operation of Carlson Survey and Trimble Business Center.

Survey Project Manager

The job description includes client liaison, budget management, supervision, and preparation of technical services.

Desired qualifications include registration as a Professional Land Surveyor in the State of Texas (or reciprocal qualified), a minimum of five years professional supervision experience, and the ability to learn proficient operation of Carlson Survey and Trimble Business Center.
