- Financial Accounting Closing Process: Lead the monthly and yearly financial accounting closing process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Ensure timely and accurate completion of financial statements for corporate and site reporting and analysis.
- Reporting Enhancement: Work on enhancing existing reporting capabilities and reducing the time required to prepare financial reports.
- GAAP Compliance: Maintain integrity of accounting records and reports in accordance with GAAP, ensuring quality control over financial transactions and reporting.
- General Accounting Management: Manage day-to-day activities in various accounting areas such as general accounting, inter-company accounting, cash management, payables, receivables, payroll, fixed asset management, and cost accounting.
- Accounting Advisory: Monitor accounting developments and advise on accounting, compliance, and control gaps, seeking sustainable solutions.
- Audit Coordination: Plan and manage internal requirements for year-end financial and pension audits, coordinating with external auditors.
