TRAINING & MARKETING COORDINATOR

*Full-time; Monday thru Friday

*Hybrid Position – partially in office, partially remote

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, team oriented, adaptable, and attentive to details. They will also:

• Provide exceptional customer service while assisting our clients, prospects, vendors, community organizations, and fellow team members
• Work with management to define training objectives & design courses to meet those needs
• Develop, maintain, & deliver company trainings to new & existing team members
• Develop & maintain company literature, tools, forms & resource centers
• Assist management with all aspects of new hire on-boarding
• Administer & become subject expert on multiple company utilized software
• Develop & maintain company marketing, literature, & website
• Ensure MG brand is upheld through all external & internal documentation
• Work with management to develop & deliver company communications & events
• Positively represent Martin Group at industry & community events
• Support sales team with large client proposal preparation
• Work with and support other department team members
• Possess excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Set and manage multiple competing priorities while guiding others
• Work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
• Support and uphold all company policies and procedures with a positive attitude
• Identify improvement opportunities and make recommendations for implementation
• Possess a professional and enthusiastic attitude with a strong work ethic

-Previous training & marketing experience preferred, but will train the right candidate

-Knowledge and comfort with Excel preferred, but will train the right candidate

-In office work will be located in Lake Geneva, WI but majority of time will have option to work remotely.

This position requires a high degree of comfort operating computers and excellent time management. Comprehensive industry training will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $37,000.00 per year
