We are currently seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead our quick service restaurant team in our Senatobia, Mississippi area fast food restaurants. Our Restaurant Manager is accountable for the organized, efficient and profitable operation of the restaurant through achieving and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hospitality, order accuracy, building maintenance, product quality and speed of service.
Responsibilities of the Restaurant Manager:
• Ensure positive guest service in all areas of restaurant operations
• Respond to concerns, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn guests into "return guests"
• Coach and develop restaurant teams to build a strong, cohesive hospitality team
• Analyze P&L reports
• Prepare reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales
• Recruit, hire and train new team members
• Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs
• Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas
Requirements of the Restaurant Manager:
• 2 years of QSR/Fast Casual Restaurant leadership tenure
• Experience managing sales volumes of $1.5 Million annually
• Full knowledge of P&L, food cost and labor percentage
• Ability and willingness to do Local Store Marketing
• Ability to monitor controllable expenses, loss prevention and increase sales
• Ability to hire and train staff
• Ability to motivate and communicate daily to management staff and crew
• Knowledge of Food Commissary Ordering
• Ability to work with computers
• Ability to coach and lead a team with no supervision
• Ability to maintain a positive atmosphere of teamwork and full of energy
