Restaurant General Manager
Currently looking for a Restaurant General Manager to fill an opening with a 40 year old, (and still growing strong) quick-service restaurant concept in the Bethalto, IL area. Our restaurant menu offers bold, flavorful tastes, and healthy options.

Interested Restaurant General Manager candidates must have at least 2 years of current restaurant General Manager experience in a Quick-Serve or Fast-Casual restaurant.
Responsibilities of the Restaurant General Manager:
• Ensure positive guest service in all areas of restaurant operations
• Respond to concerns, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn guests into "return guests"
• Coach and develop restaurant teams to build a strong, cohesive hospitality team
• Analyze P&L reports
• Prepare reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales
• Recruit, hire and train new team members
• Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs
• Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas
Requirements of the Restaurant General Manager:
• 2 years of QSR/Fast Casual Restaurant leadership tenure
• Experience managing sales volumes of $1.5 Million annually
• Full knowledge of P&L, food cost and labor percentage
• Ability and willingness to do Local Store Marketing
• Ability to monitor controllable expenses, loss prevention and increase sales
• Ability to hire and train staff
• Ability to motivate and communicate daily to management staff and crew
• Knowledge of Food Commissary Ordering
• Ability to work with computers
• Ability to coach and lead a team with no supervision
• Ability to maintain a positive atmosphere of teamwork and full of energy
