Customer Service / Office Manager:
Martin's Specialty Sausage Company located in Mickleton, NJ is looking for an experienced, friendly and loyal employee to run our office at our manufacturing plant Monday - Friday. Martin's manufactures fresh and fully cooked sausages of many proteins, different recipes and forms to a diverse customer group. This position starts at 7am and finishes with production as we run one shift (varying end time 4 - 5pm).
Responsibilities:
Daily Customer Service via Phone & Email
Customer Order Taking, Questions & Concerns
Customer Invoicing & Pricing (QuickBooks Software)
Product Label Printing (Honeywell Datamax Printers)
Ordering Office Supplies
Shipping Out Packages via FedEx / UPS
Skills Required:

Proficient in Troubleshooting

Direct Customer Service Experience
Sales Experience
Small Team Management Experience
Skills Preferred:
Food Manufacturing Industry Experience

Pay: $47,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
