Position Summary

The Project Coordinator is responsible for the organization and quality control of our in-field Electrical Services Division from project initiation, planning & scheduling, product procurement, execution to closure. The position includes interacting with customers, sales team, services team, logistics team, and vendors to assure that each step of the project is optimized and fulfilled to a level of quality that meets or exceeds customer expectations. This position will collect, process, input, organize, schedule and file data and documentation from various sources and stakeholders in order to support the administrative, documentation, data, reporting, compliance, and communications needs of projects.

Primary job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Create and manage project schedules with customers and service team members.
  • Onboard customers for projects and collect project data.
  • Enter project data into software and distribute to team members.
  • Assists with reviewing and processing change orders as needed.
  • Resolve customer and team scheduling conflicts.
  • Track and manage service projects throughout the project life cycle.
  • Verify deliverables checklists.
  • Close projects to submit for invoicing.
  • Provide service project reports to management.
  • Support Service and Sales Team members with information as required.
  • Customer satisfaction follow-up.
  • Contribute to the continued process improvement of the job.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Prior Electrical or Construction project scheduling experience a must.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams).
  • Ability to learn new software programs.
  • Work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Multitask, effectively coordinate changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Diagnose problems and help solve them.
  • Diplomatic mindset and proven ability to work well in a team environment and across a matrixed organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Computer Proficiency
  • Experience using ASANA project management software
  • Education & Work Experience
  • Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.

Position & Job Type

Full time

M-F 8 hr. shift. Shifts may start as early as 6 AM EST and go as late as 6 PM PST.

Rotating schedule for weekend “on call” coverage for emergencies (approx. 1 x 6 weeks).

Conditions of Employment

*Candidate upon hire must be able to attend paid training at our Louisville , CO office for one week.
