Sales Manager
For nearly a decade the Coit Family has produced crops on the west side on Fresno county. Now as 3rd generation farmers, brothers and owners, farm on > 6,000 acres of cropland. The company is diversified in its water and crop portfolio, producing, almonds, pistachios, tomatoes, cantaloups, watermelons, cotton, garlic, onions, parsley, wheat, and forage crops in 5 different water districts. Our company is seeking an experienced sales manager to help us vertically integrate by developing relationships with buyers of primarily melons.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development/maintain relationships with buyers.
- Analize market climate/trends and develop sales strategies accordingly.
- understand all aspects of the market of your specific commodities.
- Coordinate sales agreement of products
- Coordinate deliver of products
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory experience.
- Potential hire sales help and manage team if deemed necessary
- Work with office staff to gather all necessary information to developing successful sales strategy.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Previous sales experience in the ag produce industry is required.
