Property Overview: A historic club and ski destination, our resort features 12 upscale restaurants and lounges, offering breathtaking views and premium experiences for our discerning clientele.
Role Overview: We are actively seeking an Executive Chef to helm our culinary operations. This role requires innovation and a deep appreciation for the culinary arts, underscored by the unique opportunity to work with top-tier ingredients sourced from local organic farms and game suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute unique, cuisine-appropriate menus that enhance our establishment's reputation.
- Collaborate on item pricing, ensuring alignment with departmental budgets.
- Lead, inspire, and mentor kitchen staff in meal creation, preparation, and presentation.
- Serve as the resort's culinary visionary, leveraging the latest menu trends and ensuring the resort's positioning as a culinary leader.
- Foster collaboration with senior leadership and Purchasing Supply to ensure adherence to culinary quality standards.
- Represent the resort's culinary department at the senior leadership level.

Experience/Education:
- Minimum of 5 years in Resort Culinary leadership, preferably within a multi-outlet luxury resort or Relais Chateau property.
- Forbes 5-star background.
- 5-10 years as an executive chef in a similar upscale environment, exhibiting strong job stability.
- Candidates must possess cutting-edge culinary skills and an unwavering commitment to industry excellence.
- Butchery of Game, Wildlife, and Fish
Work Environment:
- Predominantly in a climate-controlled setting; with outdoor engagements.
- Resort located in a rural setting mountain; understanding and appreciation for such environments are paramount.

Compensation & Benefits:
