What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Assistant position at Mary T Inc.?
Crooners Supper Club is now hiring for a part-time Marketing Assistant.
The Marketing Assistant will work with the Marketing team to analyze and develop marketing materials for Crooners Supper Club.
JOB DUTIES
- Read over marketing materials provided by acts
- Make suggestions on improvements to titles and graphics
- Analyze past shows and marketing efforts to improve in the future
- Help communication with artists about these changes
- Work with rest of marketing team on ways to promote events
- Attend Weekly Crooners Marketing Meetings
SCHEDULE
- Part-time hours, 20 or less per week
- Must be available Wednesday mornings for Marketing team meeting
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous marketing and/or promotional experience for a live music venue, preferred
- Advanced computer skills
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, handle confidential information with discretion and problem solve
- Ability to work with competing deadlines
