What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admissions Liaison position at Maryland Masonic Homes?
Maryland Masonic Homes, a premier Continuing Care retirement Community (CCRC) nestled in the rolling hills of Hunt Valley, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Admissions Liaison.
Maryland Masonic Homes first opened in 1934, and the community was an infirmary and dormitory for Master Masons and their families. Today, Maryland Masonic Homes is a Continuing Care Retirement Community available to the public with 31 Independent Living units, 70 Assisted Living units, and 88 healthcare beds
The Admissions Liaison will be responsible to accurately and timely screen and follow up with all potential admissions and admission sources regularly to the Sub-Acute/Long Term care floors as well as potential move ins for Assisted Living as well as Independent Living. The Admissions Liaison will also be responsible for all internal and external marketing and liaising with referral sources.
3-5 Years of experience in Admissions at a Long-Term care facility is required
AA or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is strongly preferred
Must have excellent customer service and ability to accurately and timely pursue potential leads and admissions
Ability to develop relationship with families and referral sources.
