Store Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans and accessories in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain store cleanliness, stocks accessories, and keeps displays current and compliant to corporate standards.
- Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations
- Participate in outside marketing.
- Recruit and training staff to ensure the employees are properly trained.
- Solves escalated customer issues and concerns promptly
- Oversees Cellular Phone and Accessory cycle counts.
- Orders merchandise and supplies as needed.
- Drives operational efficiencies
- Excellent communication skills, leadership, computer competency, problem solving
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.0
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Education, Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required with two plus or more years of equal experience
- Willingness to work FT 35-40 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to work additional shifts, if necessary.
- Product knowledge
- Personable, motivated, excellent communication skills, professionalism, problem solving, Resolving conflict
- Phone skills, computer skills, Multi-tasking
- Trained in communication and leadership skills
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
