Located in Livonia, Michigan, at the Masco World Headquarters, the Program Manager for Supply Chain will lead the Enterprise Supplier Risk program, lead cross enterprise supply chain initiatives, facilitate team collaboration, develop strategy, deploy best practices and continuous improvement. This role requires strong analytical capabilities and solid leadership skills to help identify and execute key supply chain initiatives and drive continuous improvement opportunities. Remote candidates will be considered based on company requirements. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Lead execution and deployment of Supplier Risk Program and integrated 3rd party data providers Manage eSourcing, Supplier Management, and Spend modules Support continuous improvement and facilitation of Supply Chain kaizen events Identify and implement cost savings opportunities Project manage strategic initiatives with enterprise teams through organization, planning, and execution Provide data analytics to report project status, progress, and key performance indicators Lead other related sourcing and supply chain initiatives as assigned Manage shared services for select supply chain tools and processes used enterprise-wide Essential Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field; and 8 years’ experience in supply chain, procurement and sourcing Demonstrated experience in Supplier Risk management Facilitate and lead high-performing cross-enterprise teams Team player with strong ability to collaborate in a decentralized environment and lead through influence Demonstrated ability to present and communicate across all levels of the organization Experience with identifying and implementing continuous improvement activities in a multi-Business Unit environment Strong financial, strategy development and analytical acumen High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, specifically Excel Ability to travel up to 20% nationally and/or internationally Preferred Qualifications & Skills MBA or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, or related field CPSM, or similar professional sourcing or supply chain certification Background with Source-to-Pay technologies Kaizen facilitation experience Direct and/or Indirect sourcing and negotiation skills Company: Masco Full time Hiring Range: $81,500.00 - $128,040.00 Actual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.
