As a Operations Coordinator, a typical day might include the following:
- Handle incoming calls from our Pro Sales team and current clients
- Be THE interdepartmental liaison between Supply Chain and Operations to ensure resources are there to keep up with customer demand
- Assist on small projects
- Provide excellent customer care to our current clients
- Be a thought partner with the team to improve processes
- Operate within Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and Salesforce

To land this position, you need to have experience helping other people solve problems. You have strong organizational and communication skills. Can type 40WPM or more, be comfortable with Microsoft Suite, SAP, and be customer focused. Having experience with Salesforce and knowledge of the paint and/or coatings industry doesn't hurt either!
