Job description
Masis Professional Group has opportunities in South Windsor for two HR roles. These are long term contract roles with a local growing manufacturing company.
- Perform substantially varied and complex clerical, administrative and other assigned HR tasks to support one or more of the disciplines within the Human Resources functions.
- These disciplines may include Employee Relations, Compensation, Benefits, Staffing, Recruiting, Training, Diversity & Worklife, the Global Assignment Program, and HRIS.
- Duties may include support of such tasks as new employee orientation and on-boarding, immigration process assistance, payroll processing, benefits administration and open enrollment, compilation and maintenance of hard and soft employee records, and recruiting support, including the coordination and scheduling of interviews.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned, including other administrative support needs and special projects or tasks.
- Resolves most questions and problems and refers only the most complex issues to a higher level.
Requirements:
- At least years of HR/Benefits experience
- Understanding of basic HR policies and procedures
- Payroll processing and benefits administration
- Strong computer (Microsoft Excel) skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required.
- Ability to handle highly confidential information.
