Masis Professional Group has an immediate need for a part-time HR Generalist in Shrewsbury MA area on a full-time permanent basis. Minimum of 2 years HR experience (employer or agency). This is an outstanding opportunity for the right candidate that comes with awesome earning potential!
Responsibilities:
-Employee relations, recruiting, conducting new hire orientation, and updating the employee handbook.
-Manage the hiring and onboarding process for new company employees
- Create official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary adjustments, updates to the employee handbook, leave of absences, and warning/termination letters
- Evaluate employee performance, including appraising pay scales, assisting with annual reviews, and coordinating disciplinary action (including terminations if necessary)
- Develop onboarding plans and train newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulation
- Engage with other teams, including with upper management, employees, and third-party vendors
- Design templates for HR documents, including the Employee Handbook
- Employee relations, involving engaging employees and coordinating sensitive conversations
- Manage digital and physical files for employees and their documents, including benefits, attendance records, and annual reviews
-Process weekly payroll
*15 hours per week, flexibility on days.
