What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiter position at Masis Professional Group?
Summary: Conducts and directs overall recruiting activities for all bus driving and bus maintenance staffing needs of Peter Pan Bus Lines and its associated divisions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Schedule, plan and execute the overall strategy for recruiting Motor coach Operators and other open positions as needed
· Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/social media/Internet Hiring sites/etc.
· Execute branding of motor coach operator position for increased hiring visibility.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, hiring seminars, etc.
· Attend recruiting events local to the each division.
· Conduct pre-screening interviews.
· Perform pre-employment background checks.
· Coordinate DOT pre-employment physicals and drug tests.
· Track and communicate hiring and staff needs.
· Perform other duties as assigned.

Other requirements:
· Travel is required.
· Some work can be performed remotely
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
