Masri Medical is an established, physician owned Family Practice seeking a Full-Time individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of a single medical office.
Medical Office Manager Duties:
- Oversee day-to-day operational and staffing activities. This will include taking incoming calls, monitoring schedules for employees and patients, managing employee and patient relations, and achieving operational goals.
- Administer fiscal operations; accounting, planning budgets and coordinating financial reporting. This includes tasks such as financial report review, bank deposits, revenue posting, EBITDA and payroll projections, staff payroll and bonus, accounts receivable reports and invoice processing.
- They will be responsible for office profit & loss by managing staff productivity, collections and receivables and miscellaneous operations expenses. This also includes stimulating new patient growth by supporting sales, marketing and promotional programs.
- Must be extensively knowledgeable in the practices of medical billing and interpreting insurance contracts in order to ensure compliance and maintain awareness of payer and reimbursement policies, coding guidelines and health insurance changes.
- Maintain organizational policies and procedures for the medical office.

Our medical practice is open for standard office hours. The work schedule is determined by the specific needs of the employer and workplace.

Education:
Associates Degree (AA)/(AS) from a two or four-year college (Preferred)
Medical Office Administration Experience
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years work experience in medical practice management
