The Adventure Director supervises the ropes course staff and all aspects of Wildwood’s challenge course programs including high and low elements, and teambuilding activities.This role also serves as the Co-Director for Wildwood’s Environmental Leadership Program. The ELP Co-Directors live and work directly with 15-17 year-old program participants. ELP Co-Directors oversee all aspects of the program and are responsible for creating a rich and meaningful curriculum to help teen participants become strong voices for conservation
