Requirements :
Must be at least 18 years old.
Have a high school diploma (or equivalent)
Available to work various shifts including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
Must have open weekend availability.
Have previous sales and or customer service experience (preferred).
Multilingual skills are a plus.
Possess general knowledge of massage and esthetic services and modalities.
Responsibilities :
Go the extra mile to drive sales
Build productive trusting relationships with customers
Provide exceptional service and experience to each client through phone and in-person interactions
Communicate sales promotions and service options with clients to help get the most out of their visit
Promote and educate health and wellness benefits of massage therapy and skincare
Schedule / Confirm appointments and balance the daily appointment book
Passionately promote products and services with effective, clear communication
