Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service, preferably in similar or related field
- Proficiency in basic math and retail math for accurate transactions
- Prior experience in technology sales, electronics sales, or wireless sales is preferred
We are looking for candidates with front desk experience to join our staff in:
- Helping clients understand the benefits of massage and skin care services
- Establishing positive relationships with members, guests, and employees
- Providing quality customer service and care
- Assisting clients in finding appointments that fit their schedule and needs
- Promoting our Wellness program by demonstrating how it helps to fulfill the true need of our guests
- Providing creative resolutions when tasked with obstacles
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
