We seek a Membership Sales - Spa Front Desk interested in growing with us. We pride ourselves on our positive and gratifying work environment and are looking for a dynamic , outgoing team player to join our team.

Responsibilities :
- SALES- Massage Heights memberships to first-time guests and upsell existing members
- Schedule appointments and guide guests to appropriate therapists to meet their needs
- Demonstrate ability to achieve both individual and team sales goals
- Ability to work in a team environment to meet the goals of the business
Qualifications :
- MUST have membership sales or luxury retail experience
- MUST have strong knowledge of SPA software and ability to learn software quickly
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Overall Fast learner with a positive, energetic attitude
- Critical thinking skills, including customer conflict resolution
- MUST be available to work varied hours (weekends, evenings, holidays, etc.)
Compensation : $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
