Job Description
Experience handling and transporting furniture. Safely and efficiently, installation of furnishings and accessories in timeshare units and other resort facilities. Must be self-sufficient with tape measure, unwrapping, removing debris, unloading furniture from trucks, recycle packaging material, coordinate pick up when necessary, wall mounting, art installation, and other duties as assigned by management. Good driving record. Perform repairs in a timely manner. Must be able to lift up to 150 pounds. Other task as directed by supervisor.

Requirements:
- Responsible for receiving shipments and making sure merchandise is in good order and report any damages when needed
- Complete quality checks
- Perform general maintenance repair when necessary, including touch up paint, and small furniture repairs
- Assist the Replacement staff as needed
- Attend staff development meetings
- Organize daily assignments to ensure efficient task completion
- Basic computer knowledge
- Experience operating small hand tools
- Good communications skills
- Ability to established and maintain effective relationship with employees, supervisors and general public.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- Monday through Thursdays. Hours: Primarily 7am-5:30pm (additional hours as needed)
Experience:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry or student housing (preferred but will train the right candidate)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
License:
- Good driving record (preferred)
