Job Responsibilities:
- Prospecting for new clients in several different target markets
- Creating financial strategies and solutions for families preparing for college and retirement
- Providing financial oversight advice to clients
- Assessing families' needs and providing personalized solutions.
- Conducting research on the best products and services for clients
Desired Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- ability to work on commission & bonus pay for performance structure
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience working with financial planning clients.
- The ability to empathize with clients' financial situations.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A commitment to providing excellent client service.
