Responsibilities:

As a Project Coordinator, you are responsible for facilitating and coordinating the work of multiple project teams. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. And you’re up for the challenge.

In addition, you will:

Identify and work to remove barriers to successful completion of the overall project, with particular emphasis on resolving issues with project staff including a team of engineers, and subcontractors.
Provide timely project status updates to the Project Managers regarding current status of production to forecast
Handing out assignments to the team based on a preset forecast in a timely manner
Maintain and update the production tracker
Generate customized reports and pivot tables in addition to utilizing VLOOKUP functionality
Assist in submitting & chasing permits through to approval
Analyze the tracker and provide updates to the project manager regarding potential issues
Serve as the primary point of contact with external vendor representatives and functional consultants on overall strategic and technical project matters
Handle all correspondence between the general contractor, owner, architect, and subcontractors

Qualifications:

You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work
You are looking for long-term projects
You enjoy getting your hands dirty with your team
You have a bachelor's degree OR 5 years of equivalent work experience
You have project management skills and the ability to resolve complex problems and issues
You have strong Microsoft Word and Excel experience
You have a construction background
You have purchasing experience
You have experience doing fiber to the home coordinating, a huge plus
Possess Google Earth knowledge
You’re skilled in organizing resources, establishing priorities, and working effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment.
