PAY PER HOUR IS $24.00-$28.00 DOE

As an Aerial COM Foreman, you will support all phases of utility construction for various types of telecom projects. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best.
In addition, you will:
- Oversee, accomplish, and ensure all work quality related to each project and assume full responsibility for its standard and timeliness.
- Coordinate and delegate daily tasks to crew members related to digging and placing products.
- Gain entry to site buildings for work crew and call-in utilities located at each project site.
- Drive, haul and operate equipment to/from job sites to assist crews in completing work.
- Facilitate daily toolbox talks and weekly safety inspections to ensure the crews work safely.
- Place aerial telephone cable, both copper and fiber.
- Connect wires and cables to terminals and place various kinds of hardware to wires, cables, buildings, or poles.
- Perform aerial tasks, such as new cable installs, pole transfers, strand building, cable hanging, and lashing.
- Perform construction work, such as digging holes, placing cable, air pipe, and internal ductwork in various conduit systems, and open excavations.
- Climb utility poles and use an aerial lift truck to place cables on poles per system design.
- Complete all paperwork promptly. - Train new hires and trainees.
- Track employee hours, turning them in on time.
- Keep the job(s) moving on time, clean up, and perform job restoration at the end of the job.
- Perform other duties as required and assigned.
About You:

- You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality
- You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work
- You are looking for long-term projects
- You enjoy getting your hands dirty with your team
- You will have 3 years of experience in telecommunications construction
- You know the telecom construction industry
- You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work
- You are comfortable working in a bucket truck and climbing poles
- You have knowledge and understanding of OSHA safety requirements to complete the job(s) safely
- You have a strong knowledge of CATV building practices and CTV/Aerial field equipment
- You have OSHA 10 training, CPR, and Flagging certification
- You are able to operate a digger Derek truck
- You are able to lift up to 70 lbs.
- You are able to work and climb up to 35 feet
- You are able to read and understand work orders and CTV cable prints
- You are able to work on call including evenings and weekends as needed
