What the position looks like:
Lead, develop and continually train your crew members. Ensure they are installing work to our standards and representing the company well
Review jobs to be installed with Manager and team
Ensure tools and materials needed are loaded on the truck
Safely drive to the location of the job
Meet with the homeowner to review the plan for the day and answer any questions
Lead your crew, while working alongside, through the installation process to ensure the job is installed to quality, safety and customer service standards
At the end of the job meet with the homeowner to review the work done and ensure they are completely happy, if not make the corrections necessary so they are
Take pictures and notes needed for permits, recording the job and future marketing
Upon return to the shop, unload the truck and report results of the job to the Customer Service team.
Serve as part of the Production team, helping other team members as needed
What you bring:
Team leader, Supervisor, Management Experience
Desire to help homeowners and excellent customer service skills
Strong ethics, high integrity and be committed to ALWAYS putting the customer first
Strong listening skills
Knowledge of construction or related trades preferred.
Ability and skills in operating equipment and/or power tools preferred.
Problem Solving skills
Ability to work independently and to work on a team
A desire to get the job done no matter what it takes
A desire to see a project through, from start to finish
