The Position:
We provide you with PAID TRAINING to become a Certified Waterproofing Expert and/or Certified Foundation Repair Expert. You will follow a proven process of inspection and discovery with each customer to determine their needs, create solutions to solve their problems. We restore their property value, peace of mind and quality of life they deserve from their home.

- 50% of our inspectors earn over $100k after their first 12 months
- Top earners exceed $150k per year
