What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Recruiter-MCS position at MasterCorp, Inc.?
The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing MasterCorp Commercial Services’ (MCS) open vacancies across the national footprint for prospective candidates. The Recruiter is also responsible for educating and ensuring managers comply with the recruitment process and policies, developing local market plans, delivering the headcount identified, posting positions, developing new channels of talent, and leading the talent acquisition process. The purpose of this position is to assist in the qualitative and quantitative management of recruitment activity, metrics, planning, and managing associated costs.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- Associate’s Degree in a field directly related to the position or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of two (2) years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced recruiting environment.

- Manage the full cycle recruitment process, for regular and part-time positions and connecting with candidates throughout the process.
- Develop and manage candidate relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards.
- Conduct online searches, track resumes, pre-screen candidates, post jobs, schedule interviews, and coordinate with managers.
- Organize and host hiring events and build relationships with community outreach partners to deliver new channels of candidates.
- Maintain and build MasterCorp’s digital footprint, ensuring brand standards always.
- Train new managers on hiring policies and procedures, use of iCIMS (Applicant Tracking System), and basic guidelines for interviewing and selection.
- Provide recruiting reports to the business on a weekly and quarterly basis.
- Prepare quarterly and annual hiring plans.
- Working knowledge of unemployment rates, competition, employment challenges and opportunities within designated area in order to consult with hiring managers and deliver quality candidates.
- Conduct regular reviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Support managers at all levels in line with company policies and procedures and advise managers on 'best practice' recruitment procedures.
- Understand and meet agreed key performance indicatiors (KPI’s) (candidate calls, interviews, time to fill, hires and source of hire)
- Stay current on interview techniques, interviewing guidelines, state and federal requirements, systemic processes, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
