We are seeking a world-class High Ticket Closer to join our Sales team. Here is your chance to help take our company to new heights.
THE ROLE
- Drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets by connecting with prospects and converting leads into successful deals.
- Showcase exceptional communication and negotiation skills while handling objections and closing deals effectively.
- Engage in sales presentations and negotiations, showcasing the value of our offerings to key stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team, marketing, and customer success to ensure a seamless customer journey.
This Closer position is based in Phoenix, Arizona, and will require you to work from the Mastermind headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ.
- This opportunity is only available for USA residents with valid work authorization. We DO NOT offer sponsorship or relocation.
REQUIREMENTS :
- You must have 2-5 years of experience minimum working in a high-ticket inside sales environment (experience with $1-$10k offers)
- You must have experience selling on the phone and virtual conferencing tools like zoom
- Excellent communication skills - confident but not arrogant and can speak with people from various backgrounds
- Superb negotiation skills
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Drive top-of-industry offers in the business coaching, personal development, and peak performance mindset industry, in addition to in-person and virtual events
- Deliver a best-in-class client experience to all people looking to engage with a coaching offer, event, or coach
- Maintain a high conversion percentage and use key metrics and performance indicators to chart your growth and success
- Consistently meet and exceed enrollment goals along with a monthly expectation of agreed-upon upsells or cross-sells
- Attend regular meetings with the sales, coaching, and other team members
- Perform other duties as required
