This Shop Manager will be responsible for shift efficiency, overseeing 12-15 staff (Technicians, Parts), delegating work orders, and ensuring shop safety. Compensation:
- $110,000 - $120,000/year salary

Shift/Schedule:
- Monday to Friday Saturday On-Call availability
- 5:00am - 3:00pm
Requirements:
- Background in Class Eight Truck Maintenance, Mack preferred
- Experience Managing, Training Technicians
- Fluent with Diagnostic Software, Troubleshooting
- DOT Knowledge, Own Tools, Valid Drivers License
- Ability to lead a team, report to Upper Management
