Branch Operations Manager

MasVida Health Care Solutions is looking for a leader at our Aledo, TX location. This location services the DFW area and is looking for an Operations Manager to lead the team!

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees.
• Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions.
• Plan and review compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
• Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends.
• Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce, and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management and shipping.
• Analyze process workflow, employee and space requirements and equipment layout; implement changes.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing (when applicable), following, and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations with the goal of promoting safety and having an accident and injury free work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Application Question(s):

• Branch Managers sometimes will need to aid employees with routes and orders; making unpredictable work hours with the workday sometimes lasting late into the evening. Will you be able to do this without conflict?
• This position requires pushing, pulling, and lifting of heavy medical equipment (which exceed 100 pounds) in and out of a warehouse, delivery vehicle, and nursing homes with no assistance from other employees. Are you comfortable with and able to perform this task with no conflict?
• MasVida managers use multiple software systems for tasks such as approving timecards, checking inventory, routing, reporting, and vehicle monitoring. Are you able to learn new computer systems with proper training regarding managerial tasks?
• MasVida managers use Microsoft products such as Outlook (email), Excel (spreadsheets), Teams (instant messaging), and PowerPoint (presentations). Please indicate your the level of experience for each of the Microsoft products listed using the following terms: No Experience, Little Experience, Much Experience, Expert.
• MasVida is a 24/7 company which delivery employees are required to participation in an on-call rotation, which includes working after-hours, on the weekend, and during some holidays. Sometimes managers need to fill in for employees who will be out for PTO or are terminated from employment. Will you be able to participate with on call when needed without conflict?
• Do you know what durable medical equipment is or have any experience (personal or professional) with durable medical equipment?
• This position is in Aledo, TX. Are you able to reliably commute to Aledo, TX zip code 76008 with no conflict?
• MasVida provides medical equipment to residences of nursing homes in DFW and the surrounding areas. People can be uncomfortable with what they witness while performing the duties of this job. Are you comfortable with delivering and retrieving medical equipment from nursing homes and what could be witnessed?

Education:

• Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

• Management: 1 year (Required)
• Leadership: 1 year (Preferred)
• Warehouse management: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Fort Worth, TX 76114: Relocate before starting work (Required)
