Your role as an Account Executive with Match Eyewear presents an exciting opportunity to be the exclusive representative in a protected geographic territory, showcasing a portfolio of eight fashion brands to Eyecare Professionals throughout Kansas and Western MO. Here's a breakdown of the key responsibilities, qualifications, and benefits:


Responsibilities:

1. Build and Grow Business:

  • Develop, lead, and expand your book of business, catering to A to C level accounts.
  • Drive substantial market growth for both existing and new clients, surpassing individual quotas.

2. Sales Execution:

  • Execute transactions within the assigned territory and actively seek new opportunities.
  • Manage complete and complex sales cycles, articulating the value of Match Eyewear's products to industry executives.

3. Strategic Engagement:

  • Develop and own engagement plans for key prospects, fostering positive relationships within the Optical Industry.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to add value for customers and generate additional revenue.

4. Territory Management:

  • Conduct territory and vertical identification research to formalize a go-to-market strategy for building qualified accounts.
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievements, ensuring customer satisfaction and references.


Qualifications:

1. Passion for Success:

  • Demonstrate a commitment to earning a six-figure income and a competitive spirit to meet sales goals.

2. Education and Skills:

  • Possess a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, effective presentation and communication skills, and category selling abilities.

3. Sales Expertise:

  • Understand the sales cycle, overcome objections, and self-motivate with strong time management skills.

4. Travel and Teamwork:

  • 30% overnight travel.
  • Work effectively in a team-selling environment.


Bonus Points:

  1. Experience:
  • Previous outside territory sales experience is a plus.
  • Optical sales experience of 1 years is advantageous.
