Store Manager :
The Store Manager is required to regularly and customarily exercise discretion in managing the overall operation of the store.
The Manager is responsible for serving customers, following health and safety procedures and keeping the store clean. You will assist in the development and training of store staff and ensuring customer satisfaction and team productivity.
Matern Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead retail store operations. The Store Manager will supervise the daily activities of both the sales floor and the processing department, ensuring a safe, clean, and attractive environment while meeting or exceeding sales goals.

What you will do :
Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures, including the Employee Handbook, Cashier / Sales Associate Procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures Manual.
Protect all company assets.
- Drive results by increasing sales and meeting or exceeding financial goals. Manage costs and expenses within budgeted guidelines.
- Hire, supervise, monitor performance, maintain appropriate staffing levels, manage employee turnover, and terminate employees as appropriate.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll duties, including correcting errors, reviewing employees' time, approving time, and scheduling.
- Ensure accurate and timely sales production reports and conduct monthly inspections and audits.
- Ensure accurate and timely daily bank deposits and report any discrepancies to leadership.
What you will need :
- Must be available to work during operating hours as needed for business operations. Work schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and blackout periods, which may vary from week to week, as well as occasional overtime when approved by management.
- High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years' experience with a pattern of progressively increased responsibilities in a retail or related work environment.
- Supervisory experience preferred. Must complete all supervisor training programs within the required timeframe
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods. Ability to climb, talk, hear, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, handle, carry, push, pull, and lift objects up to 50 pounds.
