Job Details
- Role: Outpatient Behavioral Health Psychiatric Technician
- Clinical Setting: Medical Readiness Clinic, Behavioral Health Area
- Employment Status: Full Time
- Compensation: $23.99 to $31.75 Per hour $2500 Sign-On Bonus
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, between 7:30 AM and 5 PM

- 401(k) Plan
- Certificate in Psychiatric Technician
- Graduation from an accredited Psychiatric Technician Program or equivalent education and experience
- One year of experience as a Psychiatric Technician after graduation
Patient Care and Management:
- Monitor and participate in patient activities
- Provide patient care following safety protocols
- Conduct patient assessments and document care accurately
- Manage crisis situations using sound judgment
- Assist with treatment strategies and rehabilitation programs
- Record patient information and ensure accurate documentation
- Schedule appointments and facilitate the ANAM program
- Monitor quality compliance and maintain records
- Attend ANAM/NCAT facilitator training
- Provide treatment and rehabilitation services
- Identify mental health diagnoses and observe patient progress
- Coordinate care with other agencies and community resources
- Maintain treatment records and assist during acute and post-traumatic stress reactions
