Sales and customer service go hand in hand - while Sales may successfully sell the product, the responsibility for seeing that sale through to completion falls on Customer Service to monitor and manage the sale; both up to and including shipment, and after receipt. The motion picture, television, photography, and content creation business is growing and evolving; our sales and customer service team adapts to the industry and provides a high level of work quality no matter the client.

Job Duties
- Heavy email and verbal communication both internally and externally with a high degree of professionalism
- Perform data entry of sales orders both 10-key and alphanumerical for specific territories assigned by the Sales Manager
- Check sales orders for accuracy of customer discount and product number, match orders to invoices for filing
- Conduct forensic research of sales orders to confirm shipped dates and amounts against customer records
- File orders and associated documents for hundreds of clients, maintaining an accurate alphanumeric filing system
- Perform stock checks for the department
- Coordinate with inventory control to confirm accuracy of shelf stock levels and expected inventory availability
- Confirm backlog orders and set appointments for customer pick up
- Relieve showroom sales staff during rest breaks and meal periods; greeting customers, clients, and vendor walk-ins with a positive and helpful attitude
- Coordinate freight pickups with domestic and international customers
- Answer internal and external phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
Job Requirements
- 60wpm minimum typing speed, alphanumeric and special characters
- Knowledge of standard Microsoft Office programs: Outlook, Word, Excel
- Professional and courteous demeanor
- Industry experience preferred
Wage and Hours
- Monday β Friday 8am to 5pm
- Range $19.00-21.00 per hour
- Hourly non-exempt
- Commission not applicable
