Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming phone calls
- Provide exceptional customer service by effectively handling customer inquiries and orders
- Introduction of new products and promotions through sales calls, email or flyers
- Process customer’s orders (phoned, faxed, or emailed) for delivery or will call pick up
- Assist walk-in customers at the Will Call store
Job Type: Full-time
*Eligible for commission pay after 2-month probationary period.
