Title: Ambulatory Quality Associate

Location: Maury Regional Group in Columbia, TN

Position Shift: FT M-F

Position Summary:

Clinical analyzes payer data to identify gaps in care related to HEDIS quality measures for commercial and Medicare patient populations. The Quality Analyst will identify patients that can be contacted directly to remind them about screenings needed. The Senior Quality Analyst will assist other Quality Ambulatory Analysts when needed in regards to being advocates for the patient in reminding them of overdue and/or needed screenings. Will review electronic health record (EHR) for screening need. Will place orders into EHR to help assist in gap closure. Utilization of various electronic reporting systems & payer portals to document findings. Abstract relevant data from payer files to send to primary care offices. Ensures quality payer forms completed by the primary care offices are sent to the payer in a timely manner. Aggregation & dissemination of data to aid in reporting, development of scorecards, & prioritizing work. Utilize various software applications (EHR, payer portals, Word, Excel, Access) to support HEDIS operations.

Credentials / Education:

  • LPN Licensure Required
  • 1 Year Related experience Preferred.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
