The Onboarding Specialist assists with employee onboarding by scheduling interviews, initiating background and reference checks, completing sanctions, building new employee files, and general support to recruiters as needed. The position is responsible for building new employee files and handing off to the HR Coordinator. The position serves as occasional backup to the front desk.
· Associate’s in Related Field Preferred
· 2 Years Office Experience Required
· 2 Years Administrative Office Support – Human Resources Preferred
