In this role, you'll diagnose and resolve equipment issues over the phone, maintain accurate service records, and assist in developing new SOPs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide troubleshooting support to resolve basic equipment issues over the phone by checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs, as necessary
- Resolve maintenance service problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved problems to the appropriate maintenance technician or service provider
- Maintain service ticketing system by entering accurate and complete information, including logging and tracking all customer requests
- Provide reports on cases successfully resolved through troubleshooting efforts verse those requests requiring further referral for resolution
- Assist in the development of new SOP’s as required and/or directed
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures
Qualifications: Education
- Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of related experience in electrical automation preferred
Qualifications: Experience
- 3 years’ experience in a similar role preferred
- Experience with maintenance ticketing systems (ServiceNow) preferred
- Knowledge of petroleum fuel systems, plumbing, electrical, understanding, and Basic knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration, and electrical management systems, preferred
- Forklift experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
