What are the responsibilities and job description for the Store manager position at Mavis?
A service manager manages the service department team and handles customer service interactions, reports, and repairs. The service manager ensures excellent customer service, maintains strong relationships with customers and third-party vendors and ensures repeat customers.

Delegating and directing service tasks, monitoring the progress of current projects, and managing service team members to ensure the team's objectives and sales goals are met.
Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers.
Assisting with or performing administrative tasks, such as managing and updating invoices, processing new orders, and tracking inventory.
Monitor flow of internal and customer paid RO’s
Ensure efficient use of shop time
Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage, and vehicle history
Prepare complete and accurate estimates of cost for labor and parts
Establish follow-up time
Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, updating customers frequently
Verify that final invoice reconciles with work performed on the repair order
Explain all completed work and charges to customers
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a service management role
Ability to work hard with limited supervision
Must be able to manage in a fast-paced work environment
Knowledge of automobiles
Positive attitude
High-volume mentality

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
