Warehouse Manager

FULL TIME | EXEMPT W/ BENEFITS

Mawson is looking for a Warehouse Manager to assist our operations with all inbound, outbound, and stockpiled project inventory onsite. The role will be based out of our Sharon, PA site.

As Warehouse Manager, you will be expected to assist both the Operations and Logistics Team in ensuring an accurate and efficient stock is onsite while tracking and facilitating inbound and outbound shipments. This role will report to the Logistics Manager and be held responsible for various metrics such as accuracy of inventory counts, warehouse efficiency, safety, compliance, and process improvement.

What will you own?

· Maintain organization of inventory stored onsite and implement efficient processes and procedures.

· Shipping & receiving duties including labeling, generating BOLs, tracking and compliance.

· Escalate inventory par issues to leadership as needed.

· Ensure stock and supply are rotated and units are segregated accordingly.

· Ensure storage and par levels are accurate.

· Assist Logistics, Inventory and Project Management teams as needed.

· Record damaged shipments and misrouted freight on applicable reports.

· Label shipments and products as needed.

· Reconcile driver pick-up and delivery manifests.

· Collaborate with Logistics Manager daily to ensure operational efficiency.

· Assist Logistics Manager with planning and execution with monthly cycle counts.

· Unload inbound and outbound items and sort accordingly.

· Take photo records and count of all inbound items before acceptance.

· Digitally save all Bill of Lading paperwork by Client or Company.

· Track and record all units according to their storage location (Unrepairable, Needs Testing, Good Working Order).

· Update quantities in inventory management system.

· Other duties as assigned by Logistics Manager.

What you have:

· Must be at least 18 years of age.

· Must have consistent and reliable transportation to site.

· 2-5 Years experience in warehouse or distribution management.

· Solid understanding of shipping and receiving and other warehouse functions.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

· Good technical skills. Must be familiar with Microsoft Excel, data analytics, and other relevant technology.

· May involve reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping, climbing ladders, depth perception and color vision.

· Frequently lift/move up to 50lbs.

· Ability to travel to other sites as needed.
