Job Description
We need a hands-on person who can bring in existing clients and develop new clients and work along side top management to build a robust IT staff augmentation/consulting practice.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with clients in order to leverage and set up effective account management
Must have demonstrated ability and maturity to sell and build relationships with C-Level executives
Independently handle staffing business & manage the team
Identifying prospective clients & create the go to market plan for the identified territory & industry vertical
Develop and manage sales opportunities from beginning to end including qualification, proposal, final selection, due diligence and closing
Willing to travel
Demonstrate effective negotiation and closing techniques in securing profitable business
Cultivate, generate & grow large scale relationships for new accounts.
Generating business from new accounts and have the capability to drive and lead customer relationships into multi-million dollar engagements.
Ensuring high customer satisfaction by working closely with the project teams and achieving committed service quality
Building credibility and gaining market share in the territory.
Candidate must have :
1. Must have existing accounts providing IT staffing services including staff augmentation/consulting and project based.
2. IT Sales experience of 5 years dealing with direct end clients.
3. Must have exisiting relationships with Recruitment / Hiring Managers (" own personal book of business ").
4. Must have recent proven sales history .
5. This is not desk job, you are expected to be out in the field meeting the decison makers and keeping our recruiting and technical teams busy
