```Duties```
- Oversee all aspects of food production in the kitchen
- Ensure high quality and consistency in food preparation and presentation
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and assistants
- Monitor food safety and sanitation practices to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Collaborate with other departments, such as catering or event planning, to meet specific culinary needs
- Stay updated on industry trends and new techniques in culinary arts
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience as a Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen
- Strong knowledge of food production techniques, including menu planning, cooking methods, and flavor profiles
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of kitchen management principles, including inventory control and cost management
- Familiarity with catering operations is a plus
- Culinary degree or certification is preferred, but not required
