- Paid class room and in field training, no experience required
- Guaranteed hourly base pay plus performance bonuses, where you can earn up to $800.00 to $1,200.00 per week

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- As part of our event and promotions team you will be working directly with customers to help them arrange a free in-home consultation with homeowners on our projects
- We have exclusive relationships with big-box retailers where you will be actively speaking to customers
- In addition to our retail locations, our events team also has the opportunity to work our booths at community events and home shows
- You will work face to face with customers explaining our products and services to them, gauging their interest, and helping them schedule a free in-home consultation
- Each day you will have conversations with new customers, discuss the needs for their next home remodeling project, and explain the benefits of our products
- Your professional development will be our priority, we will provided initial and ongoing training to increase your communication skills, and presentation skills
- Depending on your performance we have a management trainee program that new team members can get involved with in as little as six to nine months of meeting performance expectations
- One of the best parts about the position is you will be bonused on performance so you have the ability to earn exciting income based on your contributions to the team
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring:
- Our customer development representatives will work face to face with customers so an outgoing personality is a must
- Ability to speak publicly with confidence and enthusiasm
- Strong sense of ambition and self-discipline
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Self-motivation to earn performance-based bonuses
- Must have scheduling availability between Mon-Fri 10am to 6pm with weekend availability
- Part-time schedules available for weekends only- Fri, Sat, and Sun
