Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking Registered Behavioral Technicians in the Bay Area!
Behavior Technicians provide support and caregiving needs for children and adults with developmental delays and/or challenging behaviors. Behavior Technicians work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement the behavioral care plan and keep track of the clients’ progress through each session. This care plan will improve the clients' interaction, socialization, and continuation of daily routines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one behavior assistance/interventions to assigned clients.
- Follow curriculum of the BCBA/Program Supervisor on intended lesson plan for assigned client.
- Work with clients, families, and communities to implement client treatment plan.
- Complete and document session per policies and procedures.
- Attend and participate in any in-service training
- Playtime is learning time, so having fun is expected as well!

What We Do:
We aim to improve the lives of children and families living with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) by providing a behavioral intervention plan to children while working 1:1 in an in home environment. Our Behavioral Therapist (BT’s) and Registered Behavioral Therapist will help children on the spectrum learn effective social, motor, language, communication and cognitive skills using Applied Behavior Analysis techniques.
