A day in the life…
· Identify qualifiedcandidates through various recruiting and sourcing strategies
· Screen and interviewqualified candidates
· Build and maintainrelationships with healthcare professionals
· Generate referrals andsales leads
· Perform various customerservice related activities
· Give back to yourcommunity by volunteering and partnering with various philanthropicorganizations
RECRUITER TRAINEEPROGRAM
Our training andadvancement programs are designed to educate recruiters on the healthcareindustry, advance their ability to build great relationships, promoteleadership and motivational skills, and prepare for the next step. TheRecruiter Trainee Program, for the first 13 weeks of employment, is acomprehensive training program that is designed to develop the fundamentalskills of a recruiter: sourcing, screening, selecting and placing. Newrecruiters learn from an experienced leader and existing team members to ensurethey have the knowledge, tools, and resources to be successful.

Becoming a Recruiter isthe first step in a career with Maxim. At the end of your first 13 weeks ofemployment, you will take on your first promotion into the Recruiter 1 role.From there, your growth opportunities are endless within Maxim. $45000 -$70000 / year
$45,000base salary plus an uncapped commission
