Job Description Summary
Primary Responsibilities• Translate cybersecurity needs and capabilities into detailed technical solutions.• Develop and maintain a comprehensive list of Cybersecurity Architecture requirements, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.• Analyze cybersecurity best practices to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.• Establish and publish baseline security requirements for common enterprise services to ensure compliance with cybersecurity directives and policies.• Conduct critical path analysis, risk analysis, and task dependency analysis.• Generate security requirements and constraints to inform foundational technical documents, including program architectural artifacts, business cases, and concept of operations.• Create assessment criteria, including metrics, measures, and key performance indicators, for security requirements and implementation guidance.• Coordinate involvement in cybersecurity exercises.• Participate in external cybersecurity-related governance, policy, and standards bodies.• Evaluate existing and emerging technologies and recommend strategies to meet mission requirements.Minimum Requirements• Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance.• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related discipline.• Twelve (12) or more years of relevant work experience, including the following:• Developing and publishing cybersecurity governance, policy, and standards.• Coordinating cybersecurity exercises.• Developing assessments for security requirements and implementation guidelines.• Analyzing cybersecurity best practices.• Three (3) or more years of experience supporting the intelligence community.Key Skills and Abilities• Proficiency in the areas of cybersecurity responsibility mentioned above.• Strong written and oral communication skills.• Detail-oriented with the ability to consistently produce high-quality, concise, thorough, and accurate work.• Adaptability to respond to changes in customer priorities.#clearance #techjobs

Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards.
