Maxus Properties is seeking to hire a full time Community Manager (CM) for The Isaac Apartments in Frisco, TX.

DESCRIPTION: Responsibilities of the Community Manager include:

  • Assist the Regional Manager in formulation of budgets for each upcoming calendar year; stay within the established budget guidelines throughout the year.
  • Develop and implement marketing program with Regional Property Manager’s approval.
  • Hire, train, motivate and supervise all on-site staff in order to achieve operational goals of assigned community.
  • Ensures that lease files are complete and that completion of leases is being executed property. Approves in writing all applications and Prepare, process and sign all leases and related forms.
  • Use appropriate accounting directives in order to produce accurate records, paying particular attention to daily income and expenses, accounts payable and receivable records, and all financial reports
  • Initiate and implement policies/procedures to maintain resident communications; e.g., complaints, service requests, etc.
  • Ensure daily that all efforts are made to provide a clean, safe, well-maintained community to include overseeing service requests, make ready activity and inspections, scheduling and supervise contract work, reporting incidents.
  • Complete any other special projects as assigned by and under the direction of the Regional Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent is required; current driver's license is required; 2 years of property management experience with RealPage or equivalent property management software is preferred but not required; familiarity with Fair Housing and commitment to abiding by all Fair Housing regulations is required.
