Construction foreman

Salary Range : $70000.00 To 100000.00Annually

Commercial Foreman Glazing Supervisor : This position performs management and supportactivities for the Commercial Glazing division in theMinneapolis / St.

Paul and greater MN areas.

Responsibilities :

• Supports our Project Managers and Install teamsthrough high level communication.
• Coordinatesfield install schedules and logistics for material delivery tosite. Ensuring that the projects are completed on time withinbudget and to the satisfaction of our client.
• Schedules and attends site measures with LeadGlaziers.
• Manages multiple field teams of 2 to15 installers per project site through Lead Glaziers.
• Trains and develops installers to enable themto continue to grow in their positions andbeyond.
• Ensures installation of ArchitecturalGlass and Aluminum products adhere to manufacturer and industryspecifications and standards.
• Ensures dailyfield to office communication.
• Identifies andresolves any project issues or conflicts that arise.
• Attends or schedules Leads for onsite andoffsite foreman meetings as needed.
• EnsuresToolbox talks and Safety Trainings arecompleted.
• Schedules and performs installationtrainings for installers or for new / unfamiliar project specificproducts.
• Approves installer timesheets andtimeoff approvals.

Qualifications :

• Advanced knowledge of Commercial Glass andGlazing systems and installation practices. Storefront CurtainwallGlass Railings Heavy Glass Walls etc.
• Abilityto read understand and markup prints on paper computer ortablet.
• Ability to measure and layoutinstallation materials per plan andspecifications.
• Knowledge of tools andmachinery used in the Glass and Glazing Trade. (lifts power cupsetc.)
• Previous Glazing experiencerequired.
• Proficient in Microsoft OfficeApplications and Glazing Software(will be trained for specifictools used)
• Strong analytical andproblemsolving ability
• Ability to multitask andprioritize time in a fastpacedenvironment.
• Superior Organizational Skillsrequired
• Professional communication andleaderships skills required for communicating effectively to teamclients and other trade partners.
• Must be aservant leader with the ability to train and guide those on yourteam.
• Willingness to continually learn byadapting to company culture and industrypractices.
